are two types of Support Agreements – Prepaid and
Casual. Prepaid Clients receive many benefits including:

Priority response to all support calls
•Unlimited number of support related telephone, e-mail and remote assistance
during the life of the agreement
• Subscription to our newsletter which includes
information about software enhancements, product reviews
etc.
• Reduced prices on training courses and on-site
consulting
• Written procedures – supplied free of
charge
• Priority Invitations to group demonstrations
or seminars for new software releases – free
of charge
• Site Assessments/Site Reviews
For those customers
who only require occasional support, casual support is
provided on a “pay as you go” basis. |

Here
at maja solutions we
pride ourselves on our expert consulting team. We provide
Sales, Training, Support and Consulting services in Attaché software.
Our consulting is classified into two types. Consulting
can be on-site or off-site depending on the requirements:
Standard – includes
software upgrades, training, software set-ups and
standard trouble shooting.
Advanced – includes
all types of Report Designing (Attaché 7,
Powerlink, Crystal and Microsoft products), Project
Management and ODBC set ups or trouble shooting and
importing/exporting.

of year processing |

We provide
this service to assist clients with the completion of
End of Year processing, from reconciling and printing
Employee’s Payment Summaries to rolling over the
General Ledger, to archiving and housekeeping. All clients
are emailed an End of Year Booking Form (normally in
April). Clients who require assistance are asked to complete
the form and return it. We then schedule visits accordingly
and send out Confirmation of Booking forms which outline
the clients scheduled appointment/s. |
